The Swarmlord is as old as the Tyranid race itself, the very pinnacle of the Hive Tyrant bioform. It is a monster of darkest nightmare that has preyed on empires and overseen the extinction of entire civilisations. It is a legendary destroyer of worlds and its names are legion.
As commanders go there are none quite as intimidating as a Tyranid Hive Tyrant. Their sheer physical presence is enough to make your opponents think twice about their actions, and when the bloodshed begins they will be truly at a loss as to how to deal with it. With such a large variety of weapons and upgrades at its disposal, your Hive Tyrant is the ultimate killer – a towering monster of death and destruction that will tear apart your enemies with utter impunity.
This multi-part plastic boxed set contains 59 components with which to build one Tyranid Hive Tyrant or one Swarmlord. This kit comes with a massive selection of weaponry, including a stranglethorn cannon, a heavy venom cannon, a huge set of wings, and four boneswords should you wish to build your Hive Tyrant as the Swarmlord – the nastiest of all Tyranid Hive Commanders. It also comes with one 60mm base. This kit is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Paints.
